Project Services Coordinator – Digital Scope

Join a high-impact infrastructure program as a Project Services Coordinator, responsible for the coordination and delivery of all digital scope within the Trade Services, Design, and Construction arm of the Managing Contractor. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration of Group 1 systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases.

Duties of the Role

  • Coordinate and deliver digital design feedback to passive infrastructure and services trade partner designs.
  • Manage digital change control processes across Trade Services to ensure alignment and traceability.
  • Oversee the delivery of digital designs by Services Trade Partners, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Facilitate the provision of Reference Data, System Data, and configuration inputs required by Trade Partner systems.
  • Coordinate and deliver digital Test Plans, Testing activities, Integrations, and other key digital deliverables.
  • Manage MAC address allocation for network-connected equipment to support classification and integration into network access control systems (e.g., Cisco ISE).

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in coordinating digital scope within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital systems integration, reference data management, and configuration workflows.
  • Familiarity with FF&E digital requirements and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders, including Biomedical Technology Services, to validate and align digital designs.
  • Skilled in managing digital testing, commissioning, and integration deliverables across multiple trade partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and change management capabilities in a complex project environment.
