Service Quality Coordinator / QA-QC Coordinator
AUSCOIL is an Australian owned oil and gas well services company. With our head office in Brisbane and operations out of Toowoomba, we provide a wide range of efficient well intervention, production enhancement, cementing and coiled tubing services to numerous oil and gas operating companies. We are a specialist team and have built a reputation on safety, efficiency, reliability, and innovation, which include the development and implementation of new technologies.
What are we looking for?
AUSCOIL is seeking a proactive, accountable and detail-oriented Service Quality Coordinator / QA-QC Coordinator to take ownership, manage and improve all aspects of service delivery. This role ensures our operations consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, this role could either be open to candidates who want to work out of either Toowoomba or in Brisbane.
Responsibilities of the role
- Coordinate and monitor service delivery events to ensure compliance with Auscoil standards and client expectations.
- Lead and document Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations, including root cause analysis and development of remedial work plans.
- Manage service quality investigations, alerts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee client reporting related to service delivery events, NCRs, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager, Operations Manager, and Engineering Manager on process implementation and improvements.
- Ensure organizational familiarity and awareness of QA/QC processes to capture the required data and measurements for learning and adjustments.
- Consult and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to embed service quality learnings into procedures and practices.
- Maintain accurate service quality documentation, records, and audit trails.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews to verify compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Provide training and support to field crews and supervisors on QA/QC practices and procedures.
- When required, assist with tenders by providing service quality input and documentation.
What experience should you have?
- Experience in oilfield services, energy, or heavy industrial operations.
- Solid understanding of QA/QC systems, NCR processes, and service quality management.
- Strong skills in investigation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in documentation, data management, and client correspondence.
