KOJO is looking for an
Associate Event Producer
to join our national experiences team This key support role will help deliver memorable brand experiences and events while developing the skills to lead projects in the future.

Please note: While our ideal candidate will be Sydney-based, we're also open to applications from Melbourne.
About The Role.
This role focuses on working closely with Senior Producers and Executive Producers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You'll also have opportunities to take the lead on smaller projects and client touch points as you grow into the role.

Key focus areas

  • Supporting Event Producers in managing projects from brief through to delivery, including timelines, budgets, documentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Assisting with client communications - preparing meeting notes, project updates, and coordinating approvals.
  • Helping scope projects and build budgets, tracking costs and reconciling post-event.
  • Coordinating with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are clear and on track.
  • Supporting onsite delivery, including setup, rehearsals, and managing suppliers.
  • Using KOJO systems and processes (Scoro, ClickUp, invoicing schedules, templates) to keep projects organised and transparent.
  • Building strong relationships with internal team members, suppliers, and clients, based on reliability, attention to detail, and trust

About You.
As an Associate Event Producer, you'll play a vital role in helping KOJO deliver industry-leading experiences, while building the foundations for your own career in event production.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2-3+ years' experience in events, ideally within brand activations, experiential, or live production.
  • Is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Has a genuine interest in live experiences, events, and client service.
  • Is someone who's keen to learn from experienced Event Producers and gradually take on more responsibility.
