About The Role
As a Finance Intern, you'll support SG Fleet's financial operations and reporting processes. This detail-oriented role offers exposure to reconciliation, payment processing, and month-end reporting across a dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts
  • Respond to internal and external account enquiries
  • Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
  • Assist with daily and month-end processing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Process payments (Maintenance, Dealer, Registration, Driver, Overheads) and allocate funds
  • Manage bank receipts, client invoices, supplier invoices, and payment coding
  • Support financial projects, audits, and trend analysis
  • Help the Finance team meet internal and external reporting deadlines

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:

Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or NZ citizen with full working rights

Be in your final year of undergraduate study in 2026 or graduated end of 2025

Be available to work from SG Fleet's Sydney HQ in Pymble

This internship is open to final-year university students. You'll be based at SG Fleet's Head Office in Pymble, Sydney, with easy access via train and our complimentary shuttle.
