AS A .NET DEVELOPER
You will be responsible to deliver functional and valuable software solutions at SG Fleet using the Microsoft .Net technology stack. To enhance SG Fleet's software development and delivery process, both directly and through mentoring other team members.
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Develop innovative, efficient and scalable solutions using .NET technologies
- Design and implement APIs that effectively connect frontend applications with backend services, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Clearly articulate accurate status of work.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of both backend and frontend systems, participating in technology selection and proof of concept activities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both backend and frontend components, actively participating in code reviews to ensure quality
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for both backend and frontend code to ensure the platform's reliability and quality
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices
- Stay current with developments in full-stack technologies, applying this knowledge to ongoing projects and contributing to team discussions on technology adoption
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
Essential
- Strong foundation in .NET development using recent .NET versions (e.g., .NET 6 or later) and C#, with a commitment to following backend development best practices
- Proficient in (version and its ecosystem, including experience with hooks, context API, and state management solutions (e.g., Redux or MobX).
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, with knowledge of API design principles and familiarity with tools like Swagger/OpenAPI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including experience with services such as App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database
- Proficiency in working with SQL Server and experience using ORM tools like Entity Framework Core or Dapper
- Knowledge of version control systems (preferably Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Experience in writing and maintaining unit tests (e.g., using xUnit or NUnit for .NET, Jest for React), integration tests, and end-to-end tests using modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop and deliver effective key messages and IT solution options
