Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email with exceptional communication and professionalism.
  • Handle Shopify orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care.
  • Liaise with Head Office and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatches.
  • Pick and pack orders during quieter periods to support the warehouse team.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
  • Keep accurate records of stock movements and customer service interactions.

About You

  • Strong phone manners and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Shopify is bonus, email systems, and basic office tools.
  • A natural organiser who can prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible and happy to help wherever needed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
