You won't just be another employee, you'll be part of a supportive, close-knit group that appreciates what you do and genuinely wants to see you grow. If you love helping people and keeping things running like clockwork, you'll feel right at home here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our Executive Team with diary management, travel bookings, and document prep
- Welcome visitors, clients, and stakeholders as the first point of contact

- Great communication skills and a polished, friendly presentation
- A warm, customer focused attitude
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confidence juggling different tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems

- Work closely with a supportive, engaged Executive Team
- Be part of a welcoming, down to earth organisation
- Enjoy a varied role where your work really makes a difference
