**About the role**
Our ASX listed client is seeking a experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to a highly driven and supportive team. The ideal individual will have excellent attention to detail, and have exceptional planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
**Responsibilities**
The key purpose of this role is to provide high quality service and efficient and effective administration support to the Regional General Manager - Development and their direct reports.
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Liaising with clients and developing relationships
- Following up with clients across various touch-points
- Attending meetings
- All other ad hoc duties as required
**Skills / Experience**
- You will be a senior administrator who has worked in a similar team coordination/administration role and provided full executive level support.
- Experience in preparing high quality reports and presentations in Word and PowerPoint is critical, as is the ability to multi-task, prioritise your workload and anticipate and manage the needs of your stakeholders.
- You will have excellent communication and grammar skills in the context of reviewing board reports. You will be known for your high levels of initiative, attention to detail and your outstanding organisational skills.
- You will also have experience in managing diaries, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements and expense accounts for others
