Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-quality, diverse client portfolio, including fast-growing SMEs and larger corporates across a range of industries
  • Mentor and develop junior accountants, supporting their technical and professional growth
  • Deliver both compliance and advisory services that add real value to your clients
  • Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to strategic planning
  • Work closely with Partners on business development and new client onboarding

About You

  • 5–7 years' experience in Business Services within an Australian accounting firm
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Strong technical expertise across areas such as Div 7A, GST, and CGT
  • Confident in leading teams and passionate about mentoring others
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into a leadership role
