is on the lookout for a driven
Tax Accountant
to join its supportive and forward-thinking team. You'll play a key role in managing a diverse SME client base, with exposure to a wide variety of industries and real opportunities for professional growth.

This isn't your typical accounting role — you'll be empowered to make an impact, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic outcomes, not just compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and review income tax returns, BAS, and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
  • Assist with year-end tax planning and identify opportunities for clients to improve outcomes
  • Manage ATO and ASIC lodgements, registrations, and compliance tasks
  • Liaise directly with clients, providing clear advice on tax obligations and business performance
  • Collaborate with and support junior team members
  • Use cloud-based platforms such as Xero, and MYOB

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–8 years' experience in public practice
  • Sound knowledge of Australian tax legislation, compliance, and reporting standards
  • CA/CPA qualified or actively working toward certification
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • A team player who enjoys solving problems and helping clients succeed
