Little Zak's Academy is one of Australia's leading early education providers, with a growing network of 47 childcare centres. We're passionate about giving children the best start in life—and we're equally passionate about building a strong, values-driven brand that connects with families.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Performance Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our paid advertising and search strategies across all centres.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise Meta paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) across our 47 centres.
  • Run and refine Google SEM campaigns to drive enrolment leads.
  • Oversee and improve SEO performance to grow organic visibility.
  • Track performance metrics, report on results, and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with centre-specific goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 18 months to 5 years' experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or performance media.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads/SEM.
  • A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and optimisation.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach—you don't need to know everything, we'll support you to grow in the role.
