About the Role
As our Financial Processor, you'll play a pivotal role helping clients succeed through accurate, high-quality financial processing. This role goes beyond numbers—it's about making a genuine difference, supported by colleagues who share knowledge and are always improving how we work.
If you enjoy working with great people, thrive on problem-solving, and are always looking for better ways to do things, this is a role for you. Bring your can-do attitude and ambition, and you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a firm that truly invests in your growth.
What You'll Do
- Process client financial data, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare BAS, IAS, PAYG, and payroll reports for lodgement
- Maintain client records across assets, rentals, shares, and livestock schedules
- Provide client support for Xero, MYOB, and other accounting software

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A problem-solving, "can-do" mindset
- Experience in accounts, finance, or admin roles (highly regarded)
- A team player with strong communication skills
Experience matters, but attitude matters more. This is a permanent position and we are willing to shape the role to fit the right person who has initiative, a positive outlook, and a willingness to learn.
How to Apply
If you're ready to join a progressive team where your work has meaning, your effort is rewarded, and your contribution truly matters, apply now with your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit.
In your cover letter, we'd love you to demonstrate your personality and skills by answering the following three questions:
