About the Role

As our Financial Processor, you'll play a pivotal role helping clients succeed through accurate, high-quality financial processing. This role goes beyond numbers—it's about making a genuine difference, supported by colleagues who share knowledge and are always improving how we work.

What You'll Do

• Process client financial data, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare BAS, IAS, PAYG, and payroll reports for lodgement
• Maintain client records across assets, rentals, shares, and livestock schedules
• Provide client support for Xero, MYOB, and other accounting software
• Assist with cashflow, accounts payable, and payroll compliance
• Collaborate with Directors and team to deliver excellent client service

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• A problem-solving, "can-do" mindset
• Experience in accounts, finance, or admin roles (highly regarded)
• A team player with strong communication skills
