Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in the Greater Brisbane Area with some work from home flexibility. The CFO will oversee financial planning, financial reporting, and the management of financial statements. The role includes developing strategies to optimize the company's financial performance, providing financial insights and analysis, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the CFO will manage budgeting processes and collaborate with senior management to drive financial growth and stability.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Statements
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are preferred
