The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated
Internal Technical Sales Engineer
to join our team at the Norwest Business Park HQ. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to develop smart technical solutions, build strong relationships, and help drive sales growth across Australia.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support and advice to customers
- Develop and prepare solution-based quotations
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up leads
- Identify add-on sales and value-add opportunities
- Support campaigns with outbound calls and customer follow-up
- Build strong customer relationships—new and existing
About You
You're proactive, curious, and enjoy working with people and technology. You also have:
- 3–5 years of internal sales experience (ideally in automation, instrumentation, or engineering)
- A background or qualification in electrical, mechanical, or process engineering
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring others or leading small teams (a plus)
- A hands-on mindset—you like to tinker and understand how things work
- Permanent residency or Australian citizenship
