Arrow Transports Contract Logistics Division (3PL), based in Altona, is experiencing continued growth and success, and as a result, we're expanding our team

The Inventory / Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role within our VIC Contract Logistics team, supporting daily operations through accurate data entry, transport processing, and inventory control.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in similar roles will be an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude to solving issues and dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System (Microlistics) will be considered favorably.
  • Basic understanding of pallet control
  • Be an impeccable planner and organiser and can follow operational processes.
  • Experience and skills in Microsoft offices suite - Excel Skills
  • Outstanding communication skills for both internal and external purposes
  • Be extremely accurate with data entry.
  • Time Management Skills to handle multiple tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Processing order paperwork for Receipt, pick and dispatch.
  • Process CHEP & Loscam pallet dockets
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers.
  • Assisting the Operations manager to complete tasks as required.
  • Able to problem solve and find solutions.
  • Processing of Orders through our WMS system
  • Updating paperwork into WMS system
  • Assist with Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Liaising with internal staff, management and other warehouse administration related activities as required
  • Perform Both Cycle counts and Physical Inventory counts.
