We are seeking a Full-time Sales and Marketing Sales Representative, your role will be focused on building strong client relationships, driving sales, and expanding our market presence.

The Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships, generating sales, and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be to:

  • Meet with architects, designers, builders, and developers to showcase and promote our premium tile collections.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong partnerships in the construction and design industry.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to clients, helping them select the perfect solutions for their projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals.
  • Using effective customer service techniques to secure sales and ensure continued customer relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends, new designs, and competitor product.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development (preferably in the building, interior design, or construction industry).
  • Assertive, confident, and results-driven with a strong ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and proactive in achieving sales targets.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
