Desired requirements for this role:

  • Experience delivering face to face, virtual and hybrid training to professional adult learners
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in the management of schedules, meeting customer deadlines and allocation of resources
  • Accredited with profiling tools such as DiSC/eDiSC and PRINT
  • TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40122

Specific responsibilities for this role:

  • Drive continued growth of the PD unit
  • Support the relationship management team with business development including client visits, producing quotes, proposals and responding to tenders
  • Manage and motivate the team of trainers and consultants and recruit to the team as required
  • Manage and schedule training programs including allocation of trainers and co-ordination of materials
  • Develop, design and administer current training content and programs in line with business opportunities and current global trends
  • Understand client requirements and tailor training to meet their required objectives and learning outcomes
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies.
  • Review client and trainer feedback to drive high-level outcomes and outstanding customer service reviews
  • Produce a division business plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor division expenditure and performance metrics
