About the Role
This role goes beyond just project management — you will be the operational heartbeat of the ServiceNow implementation, ensuring integration not only happens on time and on budget, but also delivers sustainable, high-quality service outcomes. You will bridge technical, operational, and business teams, making sure day-to-day service performance is maintained throughout the change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project briefs and robust business cases with a focus on operational impact.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring SLA compliance and service excellence.
- Drive service delivery readiness across the organisation, ensuring smooth handover to BAU operations.
- Coordinate and engage stakeholders to align operational processes with new capabilities.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics throughout project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to business-as-usual operations during integration.
What We're Looking For
- Strong track record in service delivery management within IT operations.
- Proven success delivering large-scale integration projects, ideally with ServiceNow.
- Deep understanding of operational processes, incident/problem/change management.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with technical teams, service managers, and senior stakeholders.
