Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Oversee daily operations and standards of the restaurant floor;
  • Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Provide an elevated and premium guest experience;
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and maintain high customer satisfaction;
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance with hygiene standards and food handling practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new dining concepts, and competitors' offerings to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and innovative;

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ year experience working in a similar role or hospitality setting.
  • RSA certificate is required for the role.
  • Must be available to work 7 days a week across all times.
  • Understanding of food hygiene including knowledge of allergies.
  • Experience working as part of a team with can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in faced paced dynamic work environment.
