We engineer gear for athletes first, as we know athletes wear gear the hardest. Our 'athlete centred' design process is unique, engaging athletes from the start of the development process to provide ongoing feedback on prototypes.
Our promise is to never stop evolving improving and innovating. To consistently delivery world leading apparel for when you're training, playing and winning.
776BC. Built for Athletes.
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking professional to partner closely with our Co-Founders, Cameron and Kate. This is more than a traditional EA or HR role - we're looking for someone who can serve as a strategic filter for the founders while also delivering the HR function for our global team.
In this hybrid role, you'll proactively shield the founders from administrative burdens, manage complex global calendars, drive operational efficiencies, and help shape the culture, engagement, and performance of our team. You'll combine executive support with HR administration and strategy to ensure the business and its people thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Operations:
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper and force multiplier: filter communications, manage competing priorities, and ensure the founders' focus remains on the highest-value initiatives.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones (AEST, PST, and others), coordinating with internal teams, investors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Streamline operations using modern tools and AI: leverage platforms like Notion, Slack, Asana, AI scheduling assistants, and other smart systems to automate workflows, optimise calendars, and drive efficiencies.
- Meeting & Presentation Preparation: Prepare briefs, agendas, decks, and follow-ups—often anticipating needs before being asked.
- Travel Coordination: Organize seamless domestic and international travel with comprehensive itineraries for the founders and broader team.
- Project Support: Provide light project management support, tracking initiatives to keep timelines and stakeholders aligned.
- Personal & Confidential Support: Handle sensitive communications and confidential matters with complete discretion.
HR:
- Co-ordinate the People & Performance function for a global team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management processes, learning & development, and employee engagement.
- Support founders in shaping organizational culture, policies, and structures that foster high performance and collaboration.
- Implement HR processes and tools to streamline workflows, track metrics, and ensure consistency and fairness across the team.
- Champion initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Support compliance with Australian employment laws and global HR best practices.
Who You Are:
- An experiences EA or HR professional who sees the bigger picture and prioritizes what moves the business forward.
- Excited to champion technology and AI tools to reduce manual work, automate processes, and keep information flowing effortlessly.
- Comfortable driving HR initiatives and supporting a high-performance, globally distributed team.
- A calm, pragmatic operator who thrives on bringing order to complexity and ambiguity.
- An exceptional communicator, able to represent the founders and company with professionalism
- Comfortable managing multiple time zones and flexible to adapt to the evolving demands of a global business.
What We Offer:
- The chance to work directly with visionary founders and shape both the operational and cultural growth of a global brand redefining performance apparel.
- Flexible, empowering work environment designed to allow high-caliber talent to do their best work.
- A collaborative, high-performance team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
How to Apply:
If you're someone who operates with insight, embraces technology, manages multiple time zones with ease, and is excited to support a high-performance, engaged team while enabling founders to focus on bold goals, we'd love to connect.
- Send your Resume & Cover Letter to
- Optional but encouraged: Record a Loom/Video showcasing your skills and fit for this position. Share the tools and strategies you use to power time management, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
