Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day mobile patrols operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, providing excellent customer service, rostering/scheduling, staff performance management, assisting HR in hiring, client management, preparing job sheets, site set ups when required, submitting weekly reports and supporting the operations management team. This is a hybrid role, located in Cheltenham, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home on 3-4 days. Not a typical 9-5 job as some afterhours work required however flexibility will be provided.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Operations Management experience
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in the security industry is a plus
- Microsoft office knowledge
