- Band 4 $74,303.91 per annum plus superannuation

About The Role
The Payroll Administration Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Council's Payroll Service, providing administration support to the Payroll Team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Responding to/escalating telephone queries
- Management of the Payroll email account
- Saving of incoming payroll documentation for processing
- Transferring payrun documentation to HPE Content Manager
- Acting as Payroll Officer during periods of leave
Your Skills And Experience
- Experience in office administration
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Efficient time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
