Senior SOE/MOE Consultan
t to support our government clients with the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. An AGSVA Security Clearance is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Prepare designs for new or existing SOEs.
- Analyze, test, and remediate applications.
- Build, configure, and implement Microsoft-based solutions.
- Prepare and deliver As-Built, As-Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures, and conduct Skills Transfer with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the organization's team members to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
- Prepare security-related documentation under the organization's practice.
- Leverage the organization's vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities based on best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools, and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for relevant technologies.
- Assist with managing client expectations alongside the organization's Management team.
- Participate in the creation of new products and solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
- Assist in preparing Statements of Work, user guides, release notes, and other documentation.
Requirements And Experience
KEY SKILLS:
- SOE/MOE/Intune and Application deployment experience with enterprise deployment tools.
- SOE/MOE/Intune lifecycle management.
- Task sequence development and troubleshooting.
- Windows Desktop and/or Server management.
- Advanced scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Visual Basic).
- Group Policy administration.
- Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS management.
- User profile management.
- Security hardening, particularly application control.
- System Center Configuration Manager (including co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager).
- MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging experience across desktop and/or server environments.
- An NV1 security clearance is required.
Desired Skills
- Citrix platform administration, including Citrix Cloud, Storefront, Netscaler, and master image provisioning/maintenance.
- Understanding of networking concepts, especially firewall and proxy rules.
- Scripting knowledge in YAML and JSON.
- Understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure as Code Practices.
- Enterprise PKI/certificate services.
- Apple Business Manager.
- Exchange (on-premises, Hybrid, or Online).
