We strive for the efficient provision of services to better support the areas where we should be unique across the education, research, and health portfolios within the University.Within this role, you will collaborate with architecture teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, analyse, consult, and propose solution design options within Power Platforms for consideration by the customer architecture teamsDesign and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power Bl, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online)Utilise SharePoint in developing apps, bulk migration, and relevant migration toolsAnalyse the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processesPerform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, diagnose, correct and deploy software solutionsDesign, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 APlsImplement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services, through providing advice, guidance, and expertiseDocument and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etcAssist in preparing RFP responses from time to timeAbout YouYou are an experienced IT professional and subject matter expert in Power PlatformsDemonstrable 4+ years of experience with direct accountability for development using Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate & Power Bl) Experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power Bl, Dynamics 365, SharePoint OnlineExpert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the 0365 APIExperience with Visual Studio and TFS or other source control management tools. Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3Experience with SharePoint's application services framework including implementation, configurationUnderstanding of Microsoft Azure cloud and experience in building PowerApps with Azure SQL or CDS as data sourcesExperience in delivering Power Platform solutions in large organisations with MatrixAbility to manage senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across technology & businessAbout UsMacquarie is a university engaged with the real and often complex problems and opportunities that define our lives.
