Law of the Jungle is reinventing how enterprises do compliance by transforming how technology empowers teams.

We are a small, agile company with major runs on the board, having pioneered a globally awarded compliance solution for marketers. Now we're disrupting again, challenging outdated assumptions to make compliance seamless.

To do this we are integrating a technology mix of cutting-edge language models (LLMs), machine learning techniques and uniquely simple and effective conception and design.

The opportunity

Effective is the word for the right person for this role. You are someone who is eager to step away from the legal or corporate grind and take a leading role in integrating the law and legal analysis with regulatory technology in a lean, dynamic environment. With at least 4 years of professional experience, you'll have the opportunity to significantly influence product and customer outcomes, be hands-on with execution, implementation and client service delivery, and ultimately enjoy long-term benefits through equity in the company once you've proven your impact.

Your Role:

  • Conduct research, analyse legal requirements and develop engaging high quality legal content that easy to understand for non-lawyers
  • Prepare datasets and discern patterns, needs and solutions for empowering non-expert users to fulfil legal requirements and improve decision-making and risk management
  • Identify and implement metrics for assessing performance against a range of criteria, both legal, commercial and individual
  • Prepare data points for the training of new AI / LLM models and capabilities
  • Manage projects to ensure on time delivery and respond to client service requests

Ideal Attributes:

  • At least 4 years of professional legal or similar experience, ideally in a top-drawer environment where you've learned to apply best practice and get things done
  • Strong legal qualifications from a reputable learning institute in law or a related field (eg consulting, business management, marketing)
  • A good mind, with a commitment to the result and the grit to get it right
  • You have a natural collaborative instinct; a habit of taking ownership, you are energised by challenges, and you seek out every opportunity to learn
  • You can point to a set of professional and personal achievements and make the strong connection between cause and effect
  • You have an implicit understanding of the law and how it impacts with business and a feel for models for applying legal and policy precepts in real life situations
