About the Position

Due to continued growth, our Wattleup depot is seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.

You will be responsible for handling walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and front counter duties, while also supporting the Customer Service Team with sales and administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors, phone calls, and walk-in customers
  • Assist with deliveries, collections, and service enquiries
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Prepare quotations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a current deal pipeline through regular follow-up calls
  • Conduct after-sales service calls to gather feedback and strengthen customer relationships
  • Perform general administrative tasks as directed by management
  • Use a CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales activity (HubSpot experience highly desirable)

About You

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Experience using CRM systems is essential; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
  • Organised, punctual, and reliable
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
