About the Position
Due to continued growth, our Wattleup depot is seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.
You will be responsible for handling walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and front counter duties, while also supporting the Customer Service Team with sales and administrative tasks.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for office visitors, phone calls, and walk-in customers
- Assist with deliveries, collections, and service enquiries
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Prepare quotations in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a current deal pipeline through regular follow-up calls
- Conduct after-sales service calls to gather feedback and strengthen customer relationships
- Perform general administrative tasks as directed by management
- Use a CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales activity (HubSpot experience highly desirable)
About You
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
- Experience using CRM systems is essential; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
- Organised, punctual, and reliable
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
