Step into a nationally accredited specialist ward at Liverpool Hospital, where our Brain Injury Rehabilitation Inpatient Unit is setting the benchmark for person centered interdisciplinary care.

This includes, transporting/escorting of patients, couriering of items, episodic cleaning, ordering, and restocking of storeroom products, assembling of equipment set-ups, assisting with patient care.

What You'll be Doing
To provide non-clinical support to complement the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient care.
This includes: transporting of patients, couriering of items, episodic cleaning, restocking, and assembling of equipment set-ups.
Where You'll Be Working
Liverpool Hospital, founded in 1813, is the major health service for south-western Sydney, offering a wide range of state-wide services including critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care, and brain injury rehabilitation. As a key teaching facility for UNSW Sydney and Western Sydney University, it provides extensive clinical services, including emergency care, cancer treatment, paediatrics, and mental health services. The hospital features 23 operating theatres and has a capacity for 877 beds.
The ongoing $830 million redevelopment as part of the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct is transforming the hospital into a global hub for medical innovation. This redevelopment will expand clinical services, enhance research and teaching facilities, and introduce state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.

- Proven capacity to deliver general Hospital Services which may include general portering, cleaning, working unsupervised.
- Can you describe a situation where you worked within a multidisciplinary team under time pressure? How did you communicate effectively, manage your tasks, and ensure confidentiality was maintained throughout?
- Demonstrated ability to operate manual handling aid and basic knowledge of computers.
- Able to work shifts including weekends if required?
