Quest Therapy Services

About Us

At Quest Therapy Services, we're a passionate and multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Allied Health Assistants working together to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.

Our mission is simple — to support families and empower children to get back to doing what they love most.

We're a community-focused practice offering a wide range of services both in-clinic and in the community, including individual therapy, group programs, and workshops.

We believe flexibility is key — for our clients and for our team. That's why we offer flexible working arrangements, a generous professional development (PD) budget, and structured supervision and mentoring to help you thrive at every stage of your career.

We're currently seeking a Speech Pathologist (part-time or full-time) to join our growing team — whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology
  • Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Experience working with children is desirable
  • New graduates and early career professionals are strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and intervention for children and young people (0–21 years) with a variety of developmental needs and diagnoses
  • Deliver client-centred, family-focused, and evidence-based therapy
  • Collaborate effectively with families, educators, medical professionals, and other allied health practitioners
  • Work across clinic and community settings, with flexibility in scheduling and service delivery

What We Offer
  • Flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance and individual career goals
  • Above-award remuneration and tailored salary packages
  • A $1,200 PD budget (FTE) per year plus 2 days of paid training leave
  • Regular clinical supervision (external and internal) with senior therapists
  • A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
  • Access to an extensive range of clinical resources and assessment tools to make sessions engaging and fun

If you're passionate about helping children reach their potential and want to work in a supportive, flexible, and family-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
