We are a growing allied health practice in Cairns, passionate about providing high-quality, client-centred therapy to children, young people, and adults. We are seeking a motivated and flexible Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist (Contractor) to join our supportive team.

About the Role
  • Contractor position – flexible hours to suit your availability.
  • Work with a diverse caseload (paediatrics, neurodevelopmental, disability, or adult rehab depending on your expertise).
  • Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy in clinic, school, home, or community settings.
  • Collaborate with families, support workers, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Autonomy to manage your caseload, with administrative support provided.

About You
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA/SPA registration.
  • ABN and professional indemnity insurance (contractor status).
  • NDIS worker screening and WWCC/Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about helping people build skills, independence, and confidence.
