We're seeking a creative, strategic, and hands on Part-Time Social Media Coordinator with 2+ years of hands-on experience to lead and grow Individual Me Disability Supports and The Oaks Collective online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. This flexible hybrid role involves content creation, paid media and community management, and analyse platform performance and optimisation.

You'll lead campaigns across social platforms, manage content calendars, and track performance, all while keeping an eye on emerging trends and opportunities. The right person will balance big-picture brand strategy with hands-on content creation, community engagement, and data-driven decision making.

As a member of a small team, you'll be responsible for developing tailored strategies for each platform, creating engaging content, running paid media campaigns, and growing our community – all while delivering measurable results. This is a newly created role and we are excited for the right person to make it their own.

The role is 2 days a week at present but may lead to additional days, you may be required to do local travel to film some content with our participants and support workers, and working in our office at Oak Flats.

Individual Me Disability Supports is a registered NDIS provider in NSW & QLD. We provide a variety services and allied health supports in the community as well as our very new employment and job ready space in the Illawarra.
