Social Worker Level 3

Are you an experienced Social Worker passionate about supporting families and improving health outcomes for children and women in the perinatal period? We're looking for a dedicated professional to provide specialist Social Work services within a dynamic multidisciplinary team based at Berkeley Family Care Centre, serving the Illawarra region.

As a Level 3 Social Worker, you will deliver high-level psychosocial support to patients, clients, consumers, and their families/carers. Your work will ensure optimal health outcomes aligned with ISLHD policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.

This role focuses on:

• Supporting families with children up to school age.
• Providing care for women experiencing postnatal depression.
• Delivering individual and group services within a collaborative team environment.

You'll be part of a supportive and culturally respectful team committed to improving outcomes for families in the Illawarra. You'll receive ongoing support from the Social Work Head of Department and be connected to a strong peer network within the Division of Kids & Families.
