The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who's ready to create, optimize, and scale content across platforms to drive real engagement and growth.

This is your chance to own the social media space for our clients and make a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on results.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay on top of social media trends and suggest fresh ideas to keep our clients ahead.
  • Collaborating with Designers & Copywriters: To create scroll-stopping visuals and captions.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of social media experience (Bonus if it's within fitness, wellness, or agency environments).
  • Proven experience creating and managing content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication skills—you love engaging with audiences and building communities.
  • Creative mindset—you know what works and aren't afraid to test new ideas.
  • Bonus Points: You're passionate about health, fitness, or wellness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
