Your opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Platform Manager - ServiceNow to lead the enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in driving platform adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across key business functions including IT, HR, and Finance.

You'll own the platform roadmap, provide hands-on leadership in configuration and development, and ensure robust governance and vendor engagement.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction and technical delivery of the ServiceNow platform
  • Manage platform roadmap, configuration, and release planning
  • Champion automation, AI, and analytics capabilities aligned to business priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver enhancements
  • Ensure platform governance, performance, and compliance

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years' experience in enterprise IT, including 3+ years in ServiceNow platform ownership or architecture
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, scripting, and module administration
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, integration frameworks, and lifecycle management
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks

Qualifications and Experience

  • IT degree or technical certification
  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow platform delivery and governance
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
  • ServiceNow certifications (desirable)
  • Experience in not-for-profit, aged care, or regulated industries
