About the Opportunity

Join one of Australia's leading telecommunications organisations as a Risk Reporting Analyst, helping uplift enterprise-wide risk governance and analytics capability.

This role is highly visible within the Risk Governance & Reporting team, sitting at the intersection of risk management, technology, and data analytics.

You'll improve the quality, automation, and visualisation of risk reporting across the business, driving smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.

If you're technically confident, comfortable in GRC systems, and passionate about building better ways to see and communicate risk, this contract is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise risk reporting across the ServiceNow Risk 360 (SR360) GRC platform.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver timely, accurate insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes using Power Automate and Python.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and IT to align frameworks, controls, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements to risk governance processes.
  • Ensure reporting consistency, clear data definitions, and adherence to enterprise standards.
Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in risk reporting, governance, or audit within large corporate or regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC (SR360), Archer, or similar risk/governance platforms. *Its okay if you dont have this. This is teachable.
  • Proficiency with Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, visualisation).
  • Exposure to Python, SQL, or Power Automate for automation or workflow enhancement.
  • Understanding of CPS 234, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and related frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills - able to translate data and risk metrics into actionable insights.
  • Immediate availability or a maximum one-week notice required.
Contract Details
  • 12-month contract | Strong possibility of extension
  • $520-$560 per day + super
  • Hybrid working model Sydney, 3 days a week
  • Work within a supportive, data-driven team making a real impact on how risk is managed.
