The Opportunity 

At Sysintegra we are looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to be based on-site at our client in Sydney. This can be a short contract or alternatively a more permanent role for the right candidate.  You will be responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The role is  to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. 

 
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include 

- Workshop, analyse and document business requirements related to ServiceNow integrations 

- Designing high volume, data intensive integrations 

- Translating requirements into functional specifications 

- Building integrations to big data platforms 

- Maintaining strong communication across stakeholders within the business 

Required Skills and Experience 

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant / Functional / Technical Business Analyst 

- Certification in ServiceNow CSA or ITIL v4 (highly regarded). 

- Strong skills in ServiceNow platform configuration and integration. 

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub  

- Experience with designing custom integration hub 'Spokes'  

- Exposure to Workflow Data Fabric will be a strong plus as well 

- Experience with building integrations to Data Lake/Data Warehousing platforms like Google BigQuery/DataBricks would be advantageous 

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
