About the role

As a Dependency Support Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of dependency claims, ensuring entitlements are assessed accurately and services delivered in line with legislation and policy. You'll work directly with clients and their representatives during difficult times, balancing compassion with the need to make informed, defendable decisions. This role calls for maturity and sound judgment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement and team success

About the Team

This role sits in the Onboarding, Income & Dependency branch within the Service & Operations group, working in a close-knit, high performing team that takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. This award-winning team has a culture built on collaboration and shared purpose, supporting one another through complex and emotionally demanding work while celebrating success together.

You will be supported by a manager who values autonomy and independence, giving you the space to grow and make confident decisions, while ensuring guidance and support is available when needed.
