About us

At South East Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality orthodontic treatment in a fun and positive environment. We moved into a new state of the art premises in 2021 in Berwick and have 3 Orthodontists and 3 Therapists. South East Orthodontics has strong values and provides exceptional customer service in a family orientated workplace.

The practice provides ongoing support and training for the suitable person.

About the role

  • Available to work during the week, no weekend work
  • Full time position for an experienced Receptionist
  • Contribute to a fun and friendly environment
  • Receptionist duties including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering patient enquires in person, on the phone and via email, taking payments, liaising with the lab re lab work, appointment reminders and general administration duties as required etc
  • Further opportunities for more roles within the clinic if interested

Skills and attributes for the role

  • Experience in Orthodontics or Dental preferred but not essential
  • Passion for the dental Industry
  • Show initiative and enthusiasm
  • Fast learner who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to achieve results in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment supporting each member of the team but also able to work individually
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • High level of organisational skills and able to multitask in a calm, mature manner
