Position: Security Guard
Location: Berwick, VIC
Vacancies: Multiple Positions
Start Date: Mid-November
Contract Type: Full time & Casual (Christmas Period)
Availability: Must be available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and professional Security guards to support a safe and welcoming environment during the busy Christmas trading period. Your role will involve monitoring premises, deterring theft, and ensuring the safety of staff and patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises
- Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a strong security presence and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Security License VIC (Batons/ Cuffs bonus)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Retail or shopping center experience is a plus (but not essential)
