With over 100 regular clients, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, detail-focused garden care all year round.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. This role is focused on commercial and residential sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mowing, edging, brush-cutting, and blowing
  • Hedge trimming, pruning, and shaping
  • Weeding, mulching, planting, and general clean-ups
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation across all sites

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in garden maintenance and confident using ride-on mowers, brush-cutters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools
  • Holds a valid driver's license
  • Can drive a manual vehicle
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • If you have experience in tractor slashing is a plus and will reflect on the hourly rate
