About The Role

Our health, aged care and human services team is rapidly growing, and we are candidates at Director level (equivalent to Big 4 Manager grade) with 5-8 years of professional experience in operations and transformation and/or policy, with aged care experience.

You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from an aged care provider or government department in a policy, operational or project role.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health, aged care and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives for older Australians and shapes the future of aged care. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference. This could include:

• Bringing your aged care sector knowledge and experience to our projects working with government and aged care providers.
• Taking on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
• Working on client site to execute project and change management initiatives. You'll lead workshops, deliver training sessions, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
• Playing an active role in business development activities, crafting compelling proposals and thought leadership pieces, and contributing to case studies that highlight our industry expertise. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
• A strong track record in delivering outcomes within the aged care sector, either in government or with aged care provider(s).
• Understanding of aged care policies, programs and market and/or operations.
• Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
• Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• An ability to produce high-quality, concise and impactful presentations and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) favoured but not essential.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
