The Role
As Director / Managing Consultant, you will:

  • Lead major projects and client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and commercial success.
  • Drive business development through client engagement, thought leadership, and market expansion.
  • Mentor and develop consultants, creating an environment that encourages growth, learning, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Partners and international colleagues to deliver innovative solutions across regulatory and infrastructure sectors.
  • Contribute to firm leadership, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence.

About You:
You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in economics, finance, or policy consulting, ideally in regulated or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong client relationship management and project leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to win work, manage commercial performance, and build networks.
  • Deep expertise in one or more areas (e.g. economic regulation, competition, market design, transaction advisory, or policy reform).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate preferred).
