About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to join our team at Indooroopilly. This exciting role blends marketing coordination with hands-on content creation, with a strong focus on social media, video content, and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple dealership locations.

You will be involved in the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of campaigns, working closely with our creative agencies, OEMs, and internal stakeholders. From managing calendars to creating engaging content, you'll play a key role in generating customer enquiry and supporting sales success across the group.


What You'll Do
  • Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and campaigns across brands
  • Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Coordinate EDMs and schedule email campaigns within our automation platform
  • Update and manage website content and landing pages to support campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance, compile reports, and make recommendations
  • Support design needs (POS, signage, event collateral) in line with OEM and brand guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Assist with vehicle launches, new site openings, events, and activations
  • Provide admin and budget support, including processing POs and tracking costs

About You
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination and content creation
  • Hands-on skills in short-form video creation for social media
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office; Excel reporting highly regarded
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) or Canva
  • Knowledge of EDM platforms and CMS tools
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
