Your Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing coordinator to work with industry leaders working from a luxe and aspirational office space. This is a creative-meets-operational role as Marketing Coordinator and marketing wingwoman to the female founder.

You'll be the behind-the-scenes energy bringing our brand, marketing, and online community to life — in alignment with our values, voice, and vision.

You'll work closely with the Director and be trusted to take initiative, deliver high-quality marketing, and build rhythm and consistency into the way we show up online and to our community.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director to create and execute marketing plan
  • Own and manage our marketing calendar and content flow
  • Marketing of 1-1 coaching, group programs and events
  • Oversee and execute email campaigns, social media and launches
  • Work closely with our social media content creator and ops manager
  • Collaborate on strategy, then drive delivery of digital campaigns and funnels
  • Track key data (engagement, open rates, leads, sales) and report on what's working
  • Support community engagement in DMs, email replies, or private groups
  • Assist with landing pages, copywriting, and brand-aligned visuals
  • Oversee google adds
  • Landing page and basic website updates

  • Are tertiary qualified in marketing
  • Have 2+ years experience in marketing
  • Are obsessed with social media- primarily instagram and linked in
  • Have an eye for content producing moments
  • Know how to move between strategy and execution and love both
  • Care deeply about energy, aesthetics, and message integrity
  • Have sophisticated writing skills, communicate directly, and show up with heart
  • Are organised, proactive, and able to own your outcomes
  • Genuinely resonate with our brand values (inner work, alignment, embodiment, service)
  • Have an eye for branding and design

  • Have experience working with elevated wellness brands, coaching or personal development space
  • Have an understanding of organic social media, trends and how to grow authentically
  • Are interested in personal growth and doing "the work" yourself
  • Have a background in sales, launches, programs or content creation
