We are currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our Tourism Marketing team based out of our Brisbane office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Tourism, this role will see you play a pivotal role connecting our Holiday Parks with the marketing team to deliver seamless campaigns and on-the-ground support. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, friendly team that values open communication and mutual support, as well as interfacing with external suppliers.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has a love for making things happen While tourism experience is a bonus, we are definitely open to candidates from all industries who can demonstrate strong detail, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between park managers and the marketing team, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new accommodation products and managing merchandise, signage, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate signage, photography, and design requests with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Support marketing operations including website updates, collateral distribution, and content management across portals and intranet.
  • Provide administrative support across the team, including inbox management, event coordination, invoicing, and gift card enquiries.
About You
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to teamwork.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting both park teams and guests.
  • Interest in tourism and marketing welcomed; formal Marketing qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
