About the Role

As Head of Department (Secondary), you will lead the development and delivery of quality educational outcomes for students in Years 7 to 9. This includes fostering a shared educational vision, embedding socially just practices, and setting high standards for student and staff performance. You will manage resources effectively, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. This role requires a strategic and future-focused leader committed to professional growth and lifelong learning.
