We are currently hiring a Support Officer to join our Ingenia Care team, based out of our Sydney office.
Reporting to the Head of Operations for Ingenia Gardens and Connect, this role will see you provide a people-first approach to the effective and efficient support of the Care Development team. This role is heavily administrative, with importance on professional, timely, and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Ingenia Care team, including answering phones, managing messages, and coordinating office communications.
- Maintain accurate client records by updating databases, preparing file folders, and ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate office supplies and collateral, including ordering stationery and preparing materials for internal use.
- Assist with document management, including archiving, filing, and distributing information to clients as directed.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting meetings, sharing ideas for improvement, and following WHS procedures.
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems.
- Experienced in team administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
