About The Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in managing customer portals, reporting, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Working within the HSEQ team, your efforts will help drive customer satisfaction and compliance while supporting continuous process improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and optimizing customer portals to ensure high ratings and compliance.
  • Coordinating timely customer reporting and maintaining our client support inbox.
  • Generating customer leads and assisting with customer engagement activities.
  • Supporting internal teams by maintaining internal customer portals and resources.
  • Driving continuous improvement to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (training provided if needed).
  • Strong ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.
