As a result of growth, we are seeking a Service Coordinator (Internal Technical | Client Support) to join our Service Team to provide professional, customer-centric and high quality after sales services to our customers (trade & retail).
Reporting to the Service Manager, this broad service role will work across our range of Heat Pumps (pool heating and hot water) and will provide plenty of variety and a great learning opportunity to work across different areas of our business.
Key Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing end to end technical support to customer enquiries (email and phone) in a calm, professional and timely manner
- Coordinating warranty service with internal/external contractors
- Processing spare parts orders
- Liaising with clients on technical data, product manuals, and product videos
- Processing warranty claims
- Recording all service work in the internal software programs
- Supporting the Operations Team with general administration tasks / ad hoc projects
- Promoting service plans to existing clients
About You
- Ideally you will be a customer driven individual with a technical aptitude either gained through experiences in technical support, trades industries or customer service (or potentially an undergraduate completing studies in Engineering, HVAC, or similar)
- A positive, energetic approach and a willingness to learn and grow with our business
- Sound administration, customer service and relationship building skills
- An eye for detail and excellent data entry / typing skills (Microsoft)
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
- A good telephone manner, listening and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in a busy but enjoyable operating environment
- A team player who is easily able to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Willingness and capability to assist with light manual handling requirements
- Experience with Service M8 and Unleashed is desirable but not essential
