The Lorian Group is partnering with a well-established South East Queensland fitout and refurbishment construction company to recruit an Intermediate Contract Administrator.

This business delivers high-quality projects across health, hospitality, commercial and retail, with project values up to $20M. With a strong pipeline of secured work through 2026, they are continuing to grow their commercial team.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of multiple fitout and refurbishment projects, taking ownership of key contract administration functions, including:

  • Subcontractor procurement and trade package administration
  • Preparing, issuing and assessing contracts and variations
  • Progress claims, cost tracking and reporting
  • Assisting with forecasting and commercial reporting
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and systems
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery

This role suits an Intermediate CA looking to build on their experience within a structured, supportive environment.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
  • Experience as a Contract Administrator within fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Exposure to health, hospitality, retail or commercial projects preferred
  • Procore experience desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills
