We're seeking an energetic and organised Customer Service Administrator. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on detail, and wants to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

**Flexible around school hours (pro-rata)**

Your Responsibilities

  • Contract management
  • Project management
  • Entering bookings
  • Customer Services/ Customer Management – face to face and VIA phone
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Schedule VMS Boards as required through our online system
  • Reporting
  • Invoicing
  • End of month processing
  • Working closely with the Operations team

About You

  • Strong administration experience, ideally in hire equipment.
  • Familiarity with Syrinx (highly regarded)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
  • Operational experience highly regarded
